Do the best work of your career
QRY is a team of strategists, media buyers, and analysts who believe that paid media should be held to a higher standard. If you care about craft, intellectual rigor, and working with people who push you to be better, you will fit in here.
Small teams. Big responsibility. Real impact.
We operate in pods: a strategist, a media buyer, and a data analyst working as a dedicated unit for each brand. You will not be a cog in a 200-person department managing a spreadsheet. You will own a meaningful piece of a brand's growth engine and see the direct impact of your decisions every week.
The pod model gives you both depth and breadth. You learn each brand inside and out — their category, their customer, their competitive landscape. And because you work across multiple clients, you develop pattern recognition that no single-brand role can offer. That combination is what allows you to do work that actually moves the business forward, not just optimize for vanity metrics.
We are fully remote. We trust our team to manage their time and deliver excellent work. What we care about is outcomes and the quality of your thinking, not the hours you spend at a desk.
What we stand for
Driven by curiosity
We question everything — not to be difficult, but because the best strategies come from understanding why something works, not just that it works. When a campaign outperforms, we dig into the mechanics. When a platform changes, we see opportunity before disruption.
Solutions before problems
Anyone can spot what is broken. We show up with a fix. When something goes sideways, we skip the post-mortem spiral and move straight to what we are going to do about it.
See the big picture
Tactics are easy to optimize in isolation. The hard part is understanding how every channel, every creative test, and every budget shift connects to the business outcome that actually matters. We think in systems, not silos.
Give a damn
About the work. About the client's business. About getting the details right when no one is watching. The difference between good and great is caring about things most people overlook.
Skills are trainable. Mindset is not.
We hire for the qualities that cannot be taught. Platform expertise matters, but we would rather have someone with the right instincts who can learn a platform in a month than a specialist who stops growing.
Intellectual rigor
You do not just run campaigns. You think about why something works, build a hypothesis, test it, and share what you learned. You read platform documentation because you want to, not because someone told you to.
Ownership mentality
When something breaks, you fix it. When you make a mistake, you own it. You do not wait for someone to assign you a task. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
Comfort with ambiguity
The media landscape shifts constantly. Algorithms change. Platforms deprecate features. New channels emerge. You thrive in that environment because you are naturally curious and adaptable.
Clear communication
You can explain a complex media strategy to a CMO without jargon. You can write a client-facing report that is clear, honest, and actionable. You communicate proactively, not reactively.
Genuine craft
You care about the quality of your work at a granular level. Campaign naming conventions, audience structure, bid strategy logic. The details matter to you because you understand that compounding excellence starts with the small things.
Collaborative instinct
The pod model only works if every member contributes openly. You share insights without being asked. You ask for help without hesitation. You make the people around you better.
Current openings
We are always looking for exceptional people. If you do not see a role that fits, reach out anyway.
